In December we added a number of new books to the IMC collection. Here’s
a sampling of those new books:
365 Days of Wonder by R.J. Palacio – A day-by-day collection of sayings by Auggie’s
(the main character in Wonder) teacher Mr. Brown.
Super by Matthew Cody – The sequel to Powerless where the super-powered
kids are again threatened with losing their powers.
The Darkest Path by Jeff Hirsch – A dystopian novel set in a future
when the United States is torn into two countries where Cal tries to protect
his younger brother from the horrors of a militant society.
In the After (followed by In the End) by Demitria Lunetta - In a
post-apocalyptic world Amy and Baby, a child she found while scavenging,
struggle to survive while vicious, predatory monsters roam the Earth.
We also have added new installments in several series like Dragon Spear
by Jessica Day George, The White House by Roland Smith, Feeding Frenzy by
Michael P. Spradlin, and Blue Moon by Scott Westerfeld. And don’t forget the
2015 Caudill nominees! These books may
be found in the New Book section near the front of the IMC.
